LIGHT ACTIVATION / THIRD EYE
Developing the third eye is the doorway to experiencing more, connecting to your higher self and to the source. We often think about ourselves and our spirit as separated, but with the light activation the separation is dissolved. Awakening within the dream, traveling between realities and going beyond the limitations of the old 3D reality associated with humanity.
The pineal gland, hypothalamus and pituitary gland are very connected to each other. The pineal gland is very light sensitive and it transfers information to the other two glands and regulates many different functions in your body like for example, your biological clock, sex drive, anger and many other things that many of us don’t think we can influence so much. The three glands are located around the third ventricle (the empty space in the brain, see image). By joining the essence of the pineal gland and pituitary gland in the third ventricle is one of the keys to opening the third eye. Once you fully open the third eye by stimulating it through meditation upon the sixth and seventh chakras (based on the traditional 7 chakra system), their vibration harmonizes and are fused together to create the activation of the third eye, which is often referred to as the “eye of the soul”, granting you access to higher knowledge.
In my personal experience, we can be so blinded by the light traveling through our eyes and into the pineal gland (even with them closed), that it might become a struggle to active our third eye. Because our pineal gland is so very light sensitive, I recommend using a mindfold (blindfold that completely blocks all light from the eyes), when activating the third eye.
There are many ways to help you activate the third eye faster, but the fastest way is often to follow a few methods and then let your intuition guide you to the best method for you. For example if you are predominant masculine, then visualization methods will work better in the activation process than if you are predominant feminine, because then listening to your intuition and letting it guide you, will work better.
12 quick tips to help you activate third eye faster:
1. Avoid fluoride. Fluoride was mixed in the water supply in the second world war as military tactics in the death camps. Today it’s still being mixed into so many things that we consume. Fluoride calcifies your pineal gland and keeps you from reaching the higher connection your third eye allows.
2. Use essentials oils like lavender, sandalwood, frankincense, parsley and pine. Essential oils can be inhaled, added to other oils like body oils or lotions, used in a diffuser, directly applied to your skin or added to bathwater for example.
3. Sungaze, but be careful and only do so during sunrise or sunset, this will stimulate your pineal gland.
4. Meditate and use healing chants like “OM”. Chanting causes the tetrahedron bone in the nose to resonate, which stimulates the pineal gland. Considering chanting “Om,” also known as the sound of the universe, and chant it so that you feel your lower heart chakra vibrate. By doing it that way it also heals your body at the same time as supporting your third eye opening.
5. Add to your diet, supplements that support and detoxify the third eye. These are supplements like, raw cacao, goji berries, garlic, lemons, watermelon, bananas, honey, coconut oil, hemp seeds, cilantro, seaweed, honey, ginseng, Vitamin D3 and food grade hydrogen peroxide (but please do not use hydrogen peroxide unless you read carefully how to do that correctly. 3% solution)
6. Collaboration with crystals like amethyst, purple sapphire, purple violet tourmaline, rhodonite or sodalite and place them on your third eye during meditation on your forehead. The placement of your third eye is exactly the same length as from the tip of your nose to the front center of your chin, your third eye is the same length above the nose up to your forehead. Usually a bit higher that people think.
7. Ground yourself as often as possible, walk outside in the grass. Mother earth is negative charged and she will decrease inflammation in your body. (inflammation is considered the root-cause of all illness known to man)
8. Stay away from anything that lower your vibration, like alcohol for example (you don’t have to become a saint, just know that when you drink, you are lowering your vibration).
9. Make sure you are drinking alkaline water, the more you can alkaline your body the higher your vibration will become. (please note that most people don’t realize that most bottled water in the world today, is acidic).
10. Focus. When you are meditating and activating the third eye, look up to the spot on your forehead, with your eyes closed and even with the mindfold on. When you put your focus on your third eye by looking at your third eye spot on your forehead from the inside out, it amplifies the activation process.
11. Breathing is very important, not just to survive so much more than that, because most people only breath as deeply as they need to survive. Now that you are activating you third eye, all your breathing should be done with focus and intention of raising your energy vibration. One way to prove this is, by breathing very deeply until you over oxygenate your body (which is very good, just make sure to try this laying down so you do not pass out), if you can hear a high pitched sound in your ears, it’s because of the increase in you energy vibration. 12. Tapping your third eye spot on your forehead, gently. The vibration from the tapping will send waves of energy back into the pineal gland activating the process. The vibration from your skull-bone to the pituitary gland and awakens the hypothalamus through the pituitary stalk (infundibulum).
